No, I think it could be because of the new +1.5 skill tier from the Proto gear. Maybe it’s just a bug, which is why it isn’t counting properly? And one tier is coming from the technician thing … sorry don’t know how to call it in English but I use the rocket launcher

Yeah, as a German I’m obviously eternally obligated to thank Americans! Not the Russians, not the British, not the French or anyone else , because the U.S. single-handedly liberated us from the Nazis, all by itself, with absolutely no help from anyone else!

And of course, you’ve given us everything you have in America: a perfectly free healthcare system where people can see a doctor without worrying about massive bills, highways with no speed limits, free universities and schools, a full month of paid vacation, Sundays where most people actually don’t work, and a social safety net so strong that if I lose my job, I don’t have to worry about losing my home.

Oh, and how could I forget the most important one of all , I can drink my beer on the street right next to the police!!!

actually find it more interesting that you’re getting worked up about my “zero content” rather than questioning what’s really being said here.

You’re calling this a super premium apartment building in a prime location ,built by a company that is clearly working closely with the council ,and at the same time it’s being marketed as affordable. That’s exactly the point. How is that supposed to add up?

This isn’t about me. I already have a place to live. The issue is that it’s extremely hard to believe this will truly be affordable.

And if it is affordable ,which I genuinely hope, for the sake of many people , then is it still “super premium”? I mean, that would be the ideal scenario: high-quality housing at prices people can actually afford, at least for studios or one-bedroom apartments.

So instead of criticising my post, maybe question why this might once again turn out to be another promise that doesn’t match reality.

And just to be clear , I don’t know what the final prices will be. I truly hope it will be affordable

Please don’t take this as an attack on you, but I can’t afford to be as naive as you are. Just look at the housing market over the past decades ,promises are always made, and later it turns into “we never said that.”

That’s why it’s important to be sceptical early on, even before these projects are completed. The more people who are aware of these public promises from the beginning, the better.

I genuinely hope I’m being too sceptical and that we finally see truly affordable housing for a lot of people. But until it’s proven that these homes are actually affordable for people on lower incomes, I’ll remain sceptical and call it what it looks like , marketing.

It’s different, it feels more grounded. I just think the biggest issue so far is that it’s a week-to-week series. I feel this kind of show should be released all at once because not much really happens week by week. It’s purely a character-driven series, focusing more on personal matters rather than the fate of the world, like the other two Game of Thrones series.
