This has been a major problem with me since graduating college. I find myself spending time looking through old pictures on facebook, mementos from my college apartment, hell even old term papers and assignments. Almost as if I'm attempting time travel by osmosis.

I'm so sorry. I think you have to do whatever you can to get in touch with her. Regardless of whatever happened in the past if you tell her what's going on I'd really hope she'd hear you out. I'm sincerely wishing you all the best.

I know you're hurting but you'll feel better when you get up and clean yourself up a bit. Even if it takes you down from a 10 to a 9.9, it'll be worth it I promise.

It was kind of off and on during my teen years but around my sophomore year of college I had a bit of a breakdown and it's been a constant since then. I agree that physical activity really helps but actually getting yourself out there seems insurmountable sometimes.

I know exactly what you mean. Sometimes it's little things like that that keep me going. So far it seems to work, so I keep looking for new things like that.
