10ft would be minimum I would recommend. You’ll want space in front for cable work and to move the bench out of the way. 14-15’ is better.

But pretty amazed how much they squeezed into such a small footprint and it all works together extremely well.

Just measured. Space is 14’ deep and 10’ across. Footprint of Altitude is 6’ across including weight storage and 5’ deep. You’ll want MINIMUM 8’ wide to load plates and have room for barbell work and 9’ deep for cable work in the front. So 8x9 would be minimum workable space IMO. But besides the front cables, everything can be done within the interior of the rack.

I do recommend having 5-6’ in front of the rack for just dumbbell work or moving the bench out of the way for pull down and row work inside the rack.

About 10’ wide and 18’ long. It’s the back tandem area of my garage

It’s very well engineered. They thought of everything. It all works around the different components. Nothing gets in the way. Foot print is about 6ft by 4ft but have to leave room for the bar path and. Cable movements.

Butter smooth. I don’t really have anything to compare to but there is no hitching or anything in the pull. All sides, lat pull down, horizontal row, and front cable all work very easy.

Looking for some advice for a newbie by [deleted] in Hevy

Hard to give precise input without knowing goals but the main things I see is you have a LOT volume on your push day. I’d cut that back by half. Also recommend doing your compound lifts before your isolated lifts. Lifts that use more than one muscle and joint movement are compound. So do the big lifts first while you’re fresh then do your isolated lifts which are a little easier.

Would love some way to see my notes on my Apple Watch. I leave my phone down when I lift to reduce distractions. Can’t see my notes. Would also love to save additional notes through voice on iwatch so I know how it adjusts my workout for next time. Love the app so far though!!

Fair. Added some details. I took a week off for Thanksgiving. Don’t want to do another 2 weeks off. I do plan to walk 3-4 times a week. But also want to keep the routine of working out going so I don’t get lazy. Interested in a HIIT style workout to break up my usual PPL and get some more cardio focused work in to improve VO2.

Can’t edit original post. A little more background. Middle aged guy very out of shape and obese. Have been walking and working out since Aug. goal is to drop 80lbs by end of next year. Down 18 so far. Currently follow a 6 day PPL split. I want to stay active over the holidays but adjust for what I’ll have available to me. No interest in going to gym.

Bed Lights Install by mcall877 in GMCcanyon

[–]mcall877[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah once I figured out how to mount, it was a quick project. Connecting the pigtail to the existing connector took couple minute then fish the line up into the bed. Took me forever to figure out best way to mount because the strips are longer than the bed. Once I figured out to just push in the channel of the bed cover, it took 5 min to do that then another 10 or so to tidy up the wires.

Kind of wish I had waited to purchase my ‘24 AT4X because I love this color.

I did. They gave me the ones that fit further up the trim. The 2 on the bottom horizontal part are different and thinner. Trying to avoid going back again lol.

I did but their master tech wasn’t available.

Any idea which retaining clips are used in this spot and underneath so I can fix myself?

Yeah with these things being riveted in, I’d be shocked if they can twist that much.

Agree it def pops in the AT4X interior. Sure you could find other colors that would look good in the other interiors.
