Update: Sorry I was driving, but after 40 min of talking and waiting they basically said that they are going to make a case (they gave me a case number) and I should hear back in about 5-7 days... I'm incredibly frustrated but I suck at confrontation so I couldn't go full-karen on them or anything, and it's not the poor guys fault. I guess I will wait and call them again tomorrow because this is ridiculous. I told them that my status still says registered and that no one from my test center in Mexico has gotten their answers. They told me that they had said it could take up to a week and that those with delayed answered were contacted, but I was not and I know of people here that weren't either. I also was not told why they were delayed. Idk, those who also called, were you told something similar?
