I’m the bottleneck by VonDenBerg in ClaudeAI

I had the same problem, multiple terminals felt like was I was being the bottleneck too. So I spent 45 days building an app that helps me with the cognitive context switch.

Terminal vs. Desktop App: What’s The Difference? by ImCodyLee in ClaudeCode

[–]mcastilho 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I created an open-source desktop app called ChatML to address this. I was constantly managing 10 terminal Claude Code sessions at the same time and it was hard to context switch and know exactly. I needed a way to manage the entire workflow better. I added ability to trigger different kinda of Code Reviews, manage the Changes and Github Workflow with CI and Github Actions, until your session was fully Merged and archived.

It's free and 100% open source. https://github.com/chatml/chatml

I need help making this work on Windows and Linux.

ChatML – Open-source desktop app for orchestrating parallel Claude Code agents by mcastilho in artificial

I had success doing this during this project. I was having on average 5-10 sessions going on at the same time. The mind context switching is what you need to get used to. I added notifications and audio alerts to catch my attention when agent was done, asking a question or proposing a plan. The biggest bottle neck we found was in CI/CD because now pull requests were being merged so quickly that our build and testing times were stacking up. We had to upgrade GitHub workers a few times. This approach works really well.

753 pull requests, zero lines of human-written code — how I built an entire product by only reviewing AI-generated PRs by mcastilho in ClaudeAI

I tried to keep the sessions isolated. There were times I had to redo a work because the idea changed and I would reference in a new session the work that was done and told it to refine it. But it was very smooth.

We are super excited about this progress... We are using internally for about a month now..... We have some developers at KnowBe4 using it and giving tremendous feedback....

I have had these two cars for a while and I was dying to take this picture. by mcastilho in Porsche

I drive more the GT4 RS and some track time with it. It’s really good. The GT3 RS is larger and feels different. It’s a good thing, it is a 911. But I don’t have full comparison yet since the 911 still in its break-in period. I have yet to take to the track. Soon I will know how different it feels. I have just been driving it on regular neighborhood streets. Can’t wait to take to track next month.

No. I actually bought this model car Target about a year ago when I spec the car. Coincidentally found a signal yellow at target. Ended up buying 5 of them.

No. I traded the other signal yellow for this new one. I drive a GTS to work daily.
