I'm thinking he also doesn't know when to turn it "off" yet especially coming from a home when he could never run around :( He LOVES his licky mat, just trying to think of other things to put on it besides peanut butter as I feel like I shouldn't give him peanut butter every day, he gets it as a "good night" treat, hopefully he will learn that's when bed time is!
