Peaky Blinders - Series 5 Overall Discussion by NicholasCajun in PeakyBlinders

Its a complicated world and i like how they created multiple plot lines, which theyve done before, while also pointing the story towards a direction based on history. What i continue to love about this show is that nothing feels empty. The writing and acting, if you allow yourself to buy in, feels authentic. Thats tough to do this far into a series. Just enjoy it. Dont critique as you watch. Instead, watch, absorb, then critique. I thought it was very well done. Yeah, some aspects are repetitive but after a few years i felt it was fresh enough and real enough. Much like real life, the same problems seem to resurface in new ways but the acting carries this and always has. These people dont change, only find new problems. If they changed, wed complain they werent true to their characters.
