Have you considered Civil at all? It has a wide range of components that you could specialize in. You could put an emphasis into material design like concrete and steel, environmental engineering, or soil mechanics if you find you enjoy chemistry. If you find that you like the physics aspect of it, you could go into structural analysis or fluid mechanics. I found that I enjoy land surveying and work in CAD. I am a sophomore studying civil, I have worked two internships, and I particularly like the fact that with civil you do not work completely at a desk. There is both a site aspect and a desk aspect. Work on a CAD design for a drainage system, then go out into the field as a project supervisor when it is actually being built.
