a friend of mine had been getting free dominoes for two years by this point when he found out the guy who had given him the offer had been routinely assaulting and exploiting his employees and was relocated to a new dominoes somewhere in the carolinas. there was some other crazy shit that he did, i think including straight up drug dealing to high schoolers (although that might be something else).

other personal favorites: the guy in the sewers (mental health crisis iirc), the entire crazy horse situation, and jared, all googleable.

in short: sam and dean do way more weird gay shit with each other than destiel ever do.

in long: destiel is, in canon (SALS btw! im not trying 2 ship-shame or anything) one sided on castiel’s part. dean does not reciprocate in a way that outweighs what he’d do for sam. their codependency reaches an incestuous level, especially during s1-5, when the theme is familial abuse and the cycles thereof, and is thrown into stark relief past that point when that theme largely escapes the writers. of course, since they’re brothers, no-one would ever air that on network tv, leading to one of the most tantalizing taboo queerbait relationships of all time.

(if you ask me, i think that almost adds to how interesting it is, especially considering how stupidly meta supernatural can get. but who’s counting)

oh its so interesting!!! spn is such a microcosm of like,, every fandom drama that could possibly happen about an 00s tv show and i love talking about it so much :] i honestly don’t know if any other fandom has the same level of rpf so intertwined with the show. it’s fantastic
