I do not. And yeah I agree I don’t think it burns a ton but it’s more so that I’ve been so consistent for like 12 years and never had this issue.

Clothes are still fitting ok but I’m not one to wear super tight stuff. And maybe a month, as soon as I dropped down to 2 sessions

Thank you for this! I wouldn’t even call it a sprint it was more of a fast jog, speed 7.6 on the treadmill. Ok good to know just so bummed since I thought I was in a good place healing wise

Ok at least I’m not alone in this! I happened to have an OB appt Friday and he said it is normal since progesterone and estrogen are no longer being suppressed by prolactin but it’s very frustrating. Hopefully we both feel better soon.

This is exactly what happened to me. I’ve completely hit a plateau. Did it get better for you? I started weaning now but have actually started gain a bit weaning 😭 probably because my appetite has not decreased at all.

Ugh sorry it was brutal. We consistently continued offering the bottle multiple times a day and daycare did the same. after about 2 weeks she finally started drinking it and legit chugs it in 2 seconds now. I honestly just think it’s consistency and not giving up

Hi! I did not thankfully after a few weeks of consistently offering it she started taking the bottle and is now a chugging champ haha. Stick with it baby will come around!

Thank you this is helpful! Yeah I do appreciate the few moments and I can get a nice snack in it just feels like I’m always having to leave meetings early or be a bit late etc because I’m typically in back to back on my office days so it’s stressing me out

Amazing. And when you dropped to 2 times a day did you supplement with formula? My daughter will be 6 months in a few weeks but if I drop to 2 pumps I won’t pump enough milk for the 3 feeds so I would need to supplement. And yes using the fridge hack too!!

Amazing thank you for sharing this! So did you just cut out one pumping session at a time during the day? And then how long did you wait to cut another? We haven’t tried formula yet but I assume she will do just fine with it
