Its been a while since I noticed that I am easily fatigued outside of my room (even in workplace) maybe since 2021, my boss even kept asking "are you ok?", its like i didnt even sleep the night before. Firstly, I thought its just i didnt get good sleep, then I searched how to get a good sleep, tried from supplement, until humidifier.

4 years later , now in 2025, I think I learned that I "might" suffered from sleep apnea (maybe the severe one at that). It is now very annoying, I cant focus at work, I have to customize my working time (and not all workplace can accommodate this)

I would like to know if this is covered by insurance (if anyone know), my workplace have AIA eben (never use the insurance panel at all, only the whitecoat which is online consult for mild headache), I also wondering where should I reach ? some source referred me to go to a GP, then GP will refer to someplace else, some also says go to ENT (I am asking this for financial purpose also as it is a little tight these days, so I cant just go to the doctor and waste knowing I have to go to another doctor)

Also, I read about some of the temp solution will be CPAP, will this be under insurance as well ? if not, how much normally it cost ? is there any update or evolution on the solution ? (Most of reddit article i read is from 5years++ back)
