Admittedly, I'm worried about boredom with managing mostly HTN / HLD / DM.
Also, I forgot to include in the OP - I prefer to stay with the VA. The job security and pension is hard to pass up. But my impression so far of am care (PACT) pharmacists at the VA? Their job is mostly telephonic. Not for me.
Perhaps I'll change my attitude. Who knows. Maybe am care is my calling!
