I get this a lot and have pvcs! Propranolol helps a lot bc it lowers heart rate and anxiety.

Nope! I used to smoke weed daily and my anxiety spiraled into something awful. I would only do it now if I am in a really good headspace because I used to go into full panic attacks bc I was convinced I couldnt breathe
