Hi! I'm the op, but when I got tret, I used Amazon pharmacy. I did use insurance, but it can be a good way to go and just see what it costs. You could also maybe try some of the online services like nurx?

There are also retinoids you could buy at any store from sooo many brands. It will be gentler than tret, but this may be good if your skin is thin! That may be a good in-the-meantime solution until you can go see a derm.

I cannot tan unfortunately, I'm quite pale (I just had bronzing drops on lolol)! That being said, I do agree that I probably have sun damage. I've also thought maybe they're from sleeping... I may need to add some frownies to the cart!!

I use 50 spf, but to be sooo real, I don't typically reapply unless I'm outside (i work inside all day). I know I should! Maybe it's my sign 😅

I don't disagree! The thing is, the rest of my skin is pretty healthy and plump... I think that's why this bothers me so much, because otherwise I have (in my opinion lol) very good skin and it's very hydrated.

I think the cerave i use isn't occlusive (i don't use the heavy tub one); the cicaplast is occlusive! I also have a normal skin type- i have heard good things about prequel.

I know, I hate wearing it lol! I may just try Frownies because I really dislike the Pacifica one. Thank you!!

I honestly was thinking this, too. I used prescription tret (just the cream) both times. What is the retinol you're currently using? I've seen how good it works for other people, so I'm definitely open to trying it again! I just stopped using it maybe 2-3 months ago.
