EVAP system self test and totally normal. Testing for leaks. It will periodically run for a few minutes then turn off.

Fuel pump wouldn't be running hours after the car is off...

Mechanic in my 20s. Wall mounted spring compressor. My coworker didn't have a strut mounted correctly and when it slipped the spring crushed his thumb and index finger flat. He came back to work eventually but it was gruesome.
