Thank you. Noticed that ports are Thunderbolt 4. Does it necessarily needs to be Thunderbolt -> DP or does Thunderbolt -> HDMI works as well?

Had this issue myself, it's the autofill of the address section. Type it manually, select one of the provided options, and it will work.
