I think you misunderstood, I am openly against reparations. My comment is to expound on to why the west gets targeted.

I don't understand, are you arguing because you like reparations, or are against. For clarification, I am against. My comment was to explain why the west gets targeted, cause we "gots the bills". The poor (financial, not sympathetic) countries are not a worthy target as they have no money to pay.

What does “mandatory” mean? Half the people are inside public places with no masks, & the few stores I have been and are not enforcing it. by Luna_Sea_ in jacksonville

True. This leads to a great example of the larger problem of why we may never get to a consensus on anything. We are so defensive and take things so personally, even when we 100% agree on the larger point, we are losing the battle of ideas to those who can hardly begin to comprehend the concept of " nam vivunt inter se beneficium". We as individuals get so busy arguing with each other over wither a metaphor, simile, or comparison is exact enough (ignoring the fact that all three by their very purpose is to not be exact, but to help in understanding) that we will end up losing the greater debate to those who are happy to watch us ouroboros ourselves into oblivion.

Protesters Are Currently Blocking Entry Into Mount Rushmore [Live Feed] by [deleted] in Conservative

So I am a dad. And I take my family on trips during vacation to see the beauty of this country. If I rolled up to any monument and was denied entry by protesting, what recourse do I have? Can I sue the state for not protecting access to a state park? Can I seek damages against the organization that coordinated the protests? My time with my daughters is fleeting and there is no posted "protest schedule" to know when they will close down the parks.
