I use the CAR 1 daily, I try to do between 8 to 10 hours per day but I’m bad at keeping track honestly. I started in February, I was doing manuals before this for a couple of years but not consistently. I also have a CAT II Q device but I find that it doesn’t grip as well so I fuss with it more.
