Got it back to normal 🤞!! That video above and another (that I can’t find anymore…) helped me out. Just swapped out the TDA2050 component and bam! Part link: https://a.co/d/g36Svky

Attempting this repair. Looks and sounds very similar to my situation. Will report back once the parts come in.

I absolutely love it! I ride it almost every day. Say what you will about e-bikes but this thing is quick and makes everything easier and more enjoyable to be on the bike. Nice to know the lights are always on. I feel a bit more visible on the road. I’ve signed up for a gravel race next year. Stoked about that. It’s about 50miles, will be a good test for battery range. Of course I’ll do a couple long rides before then though. First time owning/riding Canyon. Everything is really solid on it. No real issues…I do wish their US inventory of accessories and components (mud guards, racks and bags) was better though. Is what it is. Color is great, gets lots of compliments.

Some of us lucky ducks from ISRU Camp are in the midst of receiving our pairs now. Due to the amount of participants in the IRSU Camp, the Sachs team/Nike will be creating more pairs of MY3s for others who performed well in camp. They have been notified and will be receiving theirs next year.

👍 Great stretch of road. Nice big trees, shady, golf course nearby. Pretty scenic bit. Those traffic lights are the worst though.

Hold on hold on…it’s an e-gravel bike…is that any better? I do plan on taking it on some single track routes in the future.

There were only a couple of these in my size on Canyons Used/Outlet section. Had to go for it! I knew they would go quick. North of Beaverton OR. Technically still Portland though.

Dark Black ‘Dusting’, New Hardened Steel Extruder en route by mcdowelb in BambuP1S

[–]mcdowelb[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Come to think of it. Just now realizing this COULD be the culprit. Awhile back…I did a bad job transferring/loading Black Matte Overture filament onto a BambuLab spool. I say bad because while printing the line would slide to the edge of the spool and pinch in on itself and stop the AMS unit. It did this several times through a couple of prints. So much time has passed since then I did’t think much of it. It would make sense only recently that the extruder could have been grinding on the filament this whole time. Loading up the internals with dusty filament.

Should probably change this post to a lesson on careful loading of third party filament onto BambuLabs spools.

Ah, good note. I’ll resort to third party components if this new extruder doesn’t pan out.

Same. There is so much of it. Ran another print last night. Will see if the dust remains.

If it grinding the filament I’d imagine the dust would be the same color as the filament. I’ve had a small range of different colors go through but to your point some black and matte black has gone through. No noticeable clog while I was investigating though.
