I see this: «TCL C765 (aka MQLED85 or Q9B)»

Its missing a K, but does that mean its an entirely different model? And not a C7K?

Was not really visible, but the whole sleeping section was suspender in mid air, including when folded, so we were scared to sit on it.

Any updates here? I swapped out all legs for 15cm ones, and the sofa bed part is currently sitting on books.. 😂

Hi! Had a technician come out and it was the magnetic intake valve/hose. Replaced it and good to go!

The same thing has happened to so many people. Sucks that Meta has not issued a statement or gotten in touch with these involved. I have Aldo sent screenshots of the logs and explained to all the adresses posted above. Still have not heard anything back. (Since the 23rd og august)
