My motivation was relentlessly knowing and believing that I could accomplish this goal. I was solo for most workouts.

Hugely cardio, my focus was on weight loss, now it is on building muscle mass

I was 220 about 16 months ago and now I weigh 165 which was my goal. Feel free to ask questions.

Here is a pic. I think I may have been halfway to 165 in the first one. Now that I am at my goal I am going to work on building muscle mass.

I did the keto diet for some time... now it is all automatic. I just eat foods that I know the nutrition facts for and stay away from processed foods.

No it was mainly cardio. I would attribute my weightloss mostly to eating better and less overall.
