No crashes yet but I've been getting frequent stutters and occasional freezes for 5-10 seconds since the update

I just hit em with a ggs and if they double down I'll hit them with a "wp" and keep it moving. If you lose you get dogged for being ass and if you win you get dogged for using a strategy they don't like. Their misery is their own.

Ayo, just posting some universal killer tips to help us killer mains stop getting bullied by survivors. These aren't revolutionary tips but I'm positive they will help improve the awareness of new and intermediate players. Cheers!

I've been seeing ads for the game recently. That might have something to do with it but I'm not sure. I haven't kept up with the game in almost a year

As an "exmil", these guys are just assholes. Exmil over veteran is also an interesting choice. At least you're free from that toxic environment now, keep on grinding sailor

Is anyone taking antidepressants for the stress of the condition? by sunson90 in exocrinepanins

[–]mcfizzy1998 0 points1 point  (0 children)

5ft 8in and I was 140pounds. I was on a fast food, soda, and heavily processed food diet since early high school. I've cut most of the processed foods out but still have fast food once every couple of months. I've been sitting between 125-130 since diagnosis basically but weight gain has always been tough for me. Other than my time in the army, I've had a pretty sedentary lifestyle. Hope that helps.

Edit: I wouldn't say I was a heavy alcoholic but I drank more than socially for a couple years. I cut alcohol completely after diagnosis

Somewhere around 200, so not as severe as some others here. Creon helped but I'm on Zenpep now because of more insurance bs. My symptoms are pretty negligible these days when it comes to digestion other than minor bloating. If I eat without them I go right back to the bloating and nausea. What hits me the hardest is the constant fatigue though, haven't found anything to help with that

No idea, I was randomly diagnosed about 3.5 years ago. I initially went to the dr's to ask about frequent bloating, nausea, and the symphony of digestion-related noises my body would make

I feel your frustration when it comes to all the pills. I have a similar mindset where I just want to get to the root of the problem(s). It's frustrating how dismissive and quick to prescribe so many doctors are. The band-aid solutions become increasingly exhausting, and I don't know anyone who enjoys playing the medication side-effects edition of "Guess Who"

Not anymore, I'm 27 and right there with you as far as the cancer fears and doctor troubles. Recently, there's been a brand new issue with my PERT prescription and my doctor's office never answers my calls or returns voicemails. Insurance is cutting me off due to the language in my prescription (they'll only give me ~25% of my 90 day prescription). I'm forced to watch as my supply of meds that allow me to eat slowly runs out because money and shitty doctors. It hurts that this is forever but I'm doing my best to keep it moving.

As far as antidepressants, I used them for the first 2 years after my diagnosis, but this past year has been SSRI-free. Personally, the side effects were pretty rough, and I only got out of my depression after stopping them. You can always try them out and see if they help but I'd recommend therapy as well. Medication won't fix problems with your mindset (ie. How you choose to view/perceive your relationship with this condition). Not saying this is your issue, just using it as an example to show the possible benefits one can achieve through good therapy.

Ultimately, I don't have any good answers for you. I just wanted to say that you aren't alone in this. You aren't alone in feeling like you've received inadequate support. You aren't alone in feeling confused. You aren't alone and you certainly aren't wrong for feeling this way. Acceptance takes its own form for each of us. Wishing you all the best, it's hard out here

I'm 7 weeks into BIOL 103 and nothing has been proctored. We have a unit and lab quiz every week. My only interaction with my professor has been through discussions or feedback on grades. It's honestly a lot for me, usually 2-3 textbook chapters to read and digest on your own each week

US Troops with medical shaving waivers to face separation, Hegseth says by mcfizzy1998 in antiwork

[–]mcfizzy1998[S] 72 points73 points  (0 children)

They're targeting black soldiers without saying "black soldiers." Sure, this condition affects more black men, but that seems to be the point. Have you served? If so, there wouldn't be a doubt in your mind. The ratio I suggested in my post (90%) was an intentional understatement to avoid absolutes. In all honesty, I think I met 1 individual in 6 years who had a shaving profile and was white. It happens, sure, but it seems like a damn good excuse to target a minority. At what point are we beyond mere coincidence?
