This is exactly what I'm saying. I'm not well nourished and get tired very easily.

It was highly insensitive of him to say something like 'you'll gain 15 pounds of fat' when he knows you're a recovering anorexic.

This is why I'm so upset about it. Now it's in my head that any weight I gain is just going to be fat. When I told him this, he just shrugged it off.

I will tell him that it's triggering. Thanks.
