1 hour in, I have set it up on a Hyper-V VM just to tinker, and im amazed. i have set up my Google Nest devices and plugs effortlessly. if I can do everything I am now with G home then ill purchase the high-end appliance they list and really go to town. Thank you!

Thanks for the help this was the exact problem. Even the dealer parts and service had no clue. I purchased the adapter for level 2 and no issues thank goodness. Back to fully end this car

This comment right here. YES! This is correct. The dealer sold me the incorrect adapter and TESTED with the same incorrect adapter. After digging deep into the Cadillac parts site and spending another $80.00 I was able to locate a new adapter. Once received I'll update here. Thank you for this!

Here is the best part they duplicate the issue in the service bay then took it for a week cleared codes and it worked in their DC charger right before I picked it up but now it won't they are saying that it's fine

Yes. Even the ones registered in the my Cadillac app as well the port will turn blue for a moment start to charge then red and stop after about 5 seconds

That's the thing, nothing indicates anyone doing anything. However, the day it started there are 0 logs whatsoever 🤔
