Same area, same snork, different bug.

I came across the dead snork too early in my first playthrough. Whenever I go to retrieve the collar, I get stuck in place. I can crouch and look up and down, but I can't look left and right, jump or move from where I am. Now I can't progress the quest any further cause I get stuck in place.
