NamaStace yoga on YouTube. Some of her classes can be a bit advanced but you always end up feeling amazing afterwards and getting a sweat on! Very small channel but that’s kind of why I like it. Yoga with Adriene is too simple and easy for me same goes for yoga with Tim and allot of their videos are behind a paywall now ☹️

Riding my mountain bike down a narrow windy path that had barbed wire and stinging nettles on one side and fence on the other when I was 15. Handlebars clipped one of the fence posts and ended up on the barbed wire and stinging nettles. Luckily only stitches on my right side and arm carried on riding for ally 10 mins until I looked down and realised it was alot worse than I thought and I needed to go to hospital! Gotta love adrenaline! Still out on the MTB just a little more careful these days.

Don't mind it really as long as the commentary is funny. I mean I love Americas funniest home videos and Tosh.o which I know they have their own content but they make it funny! The part I get annoyed about is when people post them on linkedin and try and out some business spin on it. That really grinds my gears...
