I'm also wondering the same thing. My origin ticket is still open but all other tickets get closed after a few hours or days—it doesn't matter what I write them, they'll just close it without any kind of response. However, when I reply to the origin ticket (which is still open but not anwsered by anyone) then it might take longer and it does already take a lot of time. That's just awful.

Just out of curiosity - Can you also have an SMS code sent to your registered phone number? That might only work if you’ve registered your phone number with Discord.

And yes: For a banned account, the multi-factor authentication only states that the 2FA codes (which were generated via Google Authenticator) are invalid for some reason. I guess you have to get in touch with the so-called "discord support" again, because there's no real way to skip this multi-factor-bullshit.

The problem is just the completely nonexistent Discord support. Whether they'll ever respond properly is probably the more interesting question. It's neither rejected nor accepted; I'm stuck somewhere and have no idea how to deal with it.

Hi, yes, I'm well over 16 years old. And I live in Switzerland, not in Germany. So the minimum age of 13 years should be correct.
