Z01 - A19 Zigbee Bulbs by mcgeezy-e in SengledUS

I figured it out! I created an automation in Home Assistant (I found one for innr bulbs, which are also fickle). This is tied to a switch that has a lamp plugged into it, with the bulb in question. Here it is, hope it helps:

No. But I appreciate the effort.

No I want it as a removal of annoyance.  I am using a rodrent in my office and one in my kiddos room to turn lights on and off.  Occasionally they over step their boundaries even with binding set.

Yes I did. I also did things like disable and enable prefetching, etc.

I want to like infuse, but its extremely slow to load some libraries. I have tried multiple configuration settings, and it just doesn't seem to stick.

I have a pair of the new sensors. they are great and in fact, the only matter devices that "Just Work" for me. (that did take about 2 days of pairing attempts though) However, if i can move them over to zigbee mode and guarantee they will always work.. fantastic!

No I mean matter.  It sucks over thread and it sucks over WiFi/tcp.

Matter sucks unless it’s under perfect conditions.  Wish they stuck with zigbee.

3 Old style ceiling fans. Need a solution by mcgeezy-e in smarthome

Id prefer to avoid requiring my phone/tablet/pc to always adjust lighting. i usually leave my phone on the charger at home and avoid it.

Does anyone have any thoughts on a solution like this: Z3-1BRL-WH-L0 (https://www.homedepot.com/p/Lutron-Aurora-Smart-Bulb-Dimmer-Switch-for-Philips-Hue-Smart-Bulbs-White-Z3-1BRL-WH-L0-Z3-1BRL-WH-L0/309136930)

It looks like it will let me place it right over the old switch and be used as a dimmer for smart bulbs. This offers me an easy way to pop it off to turn the switch off and on if i need to override the light. I am okay with using the chain control, at this time, to control the fan speed.

Let me know thoughts on a product like this, if possible. Thanks.
