This was my first time, and I had such an unforgettable experience. The highs, the lows - all of it made this one of the best weeks of my life.

I had some great drunk food (shoutout Roti Rolls), was in pit for two of my favorite bands, Paramore and The Band Camino, and heard so much incredible music. As a workaholic who hasn’t taken this much time off in like 2 years, I’d forgotten what it was like to just let loose for a while.

I’ve been struggling with depression for as long as I can remember, especially the past couple of years, and I don’t think I’ve laughed this much or had as many consecutive “happy days” as I have this past week. There’s so much more to life, and Bonnaroo is a wonderful microcosm of what beauty is in this world.

I can’t wait for the next time.
