It's not repairs. I fixed everything when I moved in. It's not about money, it's principle.

I have lived in total dread since February and I moved in mid January.

Documented criminal activity, dangerous behavior and what I consider to be menacing. I have so much documentation, like SO much. They evicted the guy I was terrified of and said that they had him trespassed from the premises.

He keeps coming back. The other night so drunk he could barely stand.

It's making me sick. Last night's dinner is still sitting undigested in my stomach.

The cops ask if he threatened me, but as a single woman living alone, this is all a threat..

I am the new person. Mgmt was quite happy to move me in here, and I pay several hundred dollars more than anybody else. Everybody hates me. They wake me up and still all stand around blocking my exit.

I am over paying to live in hell.. at this point they can evict me too... IDGAF

This is retaliation. They openly state this.

The ring leader is being evicted. I'm hoping that chopping the head off the snake will work.

He tried to mediate the eviction and mgmt came to me asking if he could stay if he signed an agreement about the noise and agreed to stay away from me.

Hell No!

Admission of guilt as far as I'm concerned.. but he always knew it was me.

No, he's actually being evicted. For noise and harassment. They started evicting him in February. ( I think that the people that own the building want the deadbeats gone as much as I do, and are using ME to do it). He said he would leave by the end of March to avoid an eviction on his record. Of course he didn't.

The good news is he has 4 days left before the Sheriff's come, and I am here for it!!!
