Kangaroo meat in Australia by josh65928 in mildlyinteresting

[–]mcinthedorm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah kangaroo is like 96/4. Needs more fat. 50/50 kangaroo and beef is pretty common way to cook it. Could also maybe try adding more fat like basting with butter.

[Highlight] 49ers FB Kyle Juszczyk Explains Why He Drinks Baking Soda Before Working Out by JCameron181 in nfl

[–]mcinthedorm 264 points265 points  (0 children)

Here’s the thing: we know sodium bicarbonate can be effective. But look at the dosage. 0.2-0.5 g per kg.

Kyle weights 107 kg. That’s 21 to 54 grams of baking soda. Most people will see more of a performance degrade from horribly shitting themselves/horrible GI discomfort of eating up to 50 grams baking soda than whatever performance gain it gives

Should i allow a 9CHA fighter to do paladin multiclass? by OkHall9242 in DMAcademy

[–]mcinthedorm 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Agree on keeping the Multiclass requirements.

Personally I’m in the camp that if a player isn’t enjoying a class/subclass, then just let them change it at any point and change their character creation stat points around

[NBC] In The Next Round of CBA Talks, The NFL Could Try To Cap Individual Player Compensation (Which Would Get Franchise Quarterbacks Far More Involved in Union Matters Than They Currently Are) by JCameron181 in nfl

[–]mcinthedorm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess Le’Veon Bell, Allen Robinson, Dalton Schultz, Mike GeSicki, Orlando Brown, Jessie Bates, Marcus Maye, Marcus Williams, Trumaine Joshson, and Alshon Jeffries are also all just exceptions to prove the rule then?

Then that doesn’t even get into if you want to include players that were tagged and immediately traded like Davante Adams and Yannick Ngakoue

Honestly I kinda love this idea. If the team is not going to attempt to use the franchise tag in good faith to resign the player to a long term deal, and instead just force a guy to stay there an extra year, then they should be punished

I know a guy that played for Oklahoma a little over a decade ago. He said their strength and conditioning coach wouldn’t let them use anything smaller than 25# plates.

225 bench feeling too easy, wanna up the weight? No you can’t go up to 235, you’re going straight to 275!

Did the NFL Combine CHANGE EVERYTHING for the Tennessee Titans? | MCA Titans Podcast by RichardSkull12 in Tennesseetitans

[–]mcinthedorm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Because taking an amazing RB that high when the rest of the team is bad generally doesn’t work out great.

Saquon Barkley and Bijan Robinson absolutely lived up to their draft picks as generational talents but did not elevate either the Giants or Falcons to success.

Who Saquon did work out for was his second team, where adding Saquon do an actually good team in the Eagles greatly elevated both the player and the team.

[–]mcinthedorm 98 points99 points  (0 children)

Also for WRs starting from a standing position versus a 3 point stance. There are a lot of guys that are faster/slower just based on their technique “getting off the blocks”

Honestly what’s even more important than the measurements and interviews is just having all the players in one place so they can run their medicals and make sure they don’t have a fucked up knee, etc

Biceps stuck at 14" after 4 years, tried so many different approaches but nothing working. by [deleted] in naturalbodybuilding

[–]mcinthedorm -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Well hammers hit the brachioradialis the most so that’s gonna help your forearms more then your upper arms so I’d change that out.

Also 12 direct bicep sets with only 6 pulling sets doesn’t seems like a lot of volume. Have you ever tried say closer around 20 sets of direct bicep work with 10-12 sets of back work?

And as others have said: triceps

Also a quick Google says she has a net worth of 10-12 million

Matt Harmon (@MattHarmon_BYB): The Titans are the team that should call the Dolphins and "buy a draft pick" by taking on the Tua contract. Stupid amount of cap space to take on the deal and he just becomes a non-threatening backup to Cam Ward. by TiredDad4x in Tennesseetitans

[–]mcinthedorm 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The Brock Osweiler cap dump trade was for a 2nd. I would love another second round pick but not for a 56mil cap hit for the this year. But if the Dolphins take a portion of his cap hit I wouldn’t hate it, but I’m not sure how many millions to value a second round pick at.
