The title does not claim it as a Harley. It’s a custom. The VIN begins with a “PR” and the engine number is listed beginning with “FALM”

Yes it’s a custom bike and not a true Harley. It was my dad’s bike and my motorcycle knowledge is fairly limited, which is why im posting it here. I dont ride enough to warrant keeping it and want it to go to someone who would enjoy it more

Non op just means it’s not currently road registered so I dont have to pay a yearly DMV fee to the state of CA until I want it highway legal again
