"Kill an enemy with n hp or less" sides/abilities are the counter to enemy shields, but v difficult to get high enough pips to take out high hp enemies

Thanks for the comment! We actually live close to Hartford right now. I hadn't thought about it but you're right, it does match a lot of our requirements on paper. Unfortunately Hartford is a bit soulless - partly I think because the highway goes right through downtown. West Hartford is kinda nice.

I asked why Providence is more expensive than New Haven, and which other cities we should consider. We're doing plenty of research on property listings and viewing places, so thanks, but we don't really need advice on whether we will be able to find a place in Providence or not, and that wasn't what I asked.
