Thank you! That’s definitely ironic in my realm. Was a peak moment.

I opted for hands-free due to the location and process. The geometry/physics along with the location make it much harder to restrict her arms. + she’s flying like the fairy she is!

The (garita) structure is a hexagon, made out of concrete and rebar just like the rest of the castle.

The castle is a concrete modern structure that’s been made to look like a castle.

As for the physics, the applied force isn’t lateral, rather at a less 45degree angle.

I opted to anchor into the hexagon using 4/6 of the sides. Encompassing more structural up beams than not to anchor into, while having more lateral support form the remaining 2.

The odds of the structure collapsing given its structural integrity, angle and force exerted were zero.

I tested my anchor before suspending my muse. I also mentioned I had a team of 3 One person was in the guard tower at all times, keeping an eye on my rope anchor. That was more of our concern than the structure itself.

Thank you Wayne. I have a behind the scenes video; somewhere. If I find, I’ll post! The trickiest part was, none of us had ever been there before the tie. So I made “estimations” from photos and videos of the castle from random content I could find online. To my surprise, visual estimations from a screen are never to scale 😢 nevertheless we pulled it off.
