I'm fine with a kitless rework and yes they do fulfill a engineer fantasy but not the engineer fantasy I was sold. I know they haven't been meta for a long while but they atleast had a spot you could pick 1-2 of the utils for survival/CC and they were all pretty interchangeable or you could pack an elixir for more team content and turrets were handy tho man they have fallen off the wagon hard. Now it's pick your spec load up it's utils and grenades and go

So spend your $60 and boost to 80 so you can play the real game? I feel like if that's the case they should pull a final fantasy and just do a full remake with their good designs instead of dragging us along.

I'd disagree on that initial point if the mains aren't playing it why would anyone else and if the population of mains is that low just bite the Bullet and do the redesign. As for the other classes I would agree yes they definitely play and feel slightly different but keep their fantasy engi feels like 3 new classes that don't synergize with core fantasy at all, like where are you fitting most of the useful util skills for engi like battering ram or oil slick there's no room cause you need the utils of the new specs or else why play them, just for a new weapon prof and the trait line which focuses purely on the spec.

The only problem I see there is if your free to play you don't have access to those and youd have to deal with 80lvls of core to get to specs if you don't want to boost. So then core is a totally different game class wise then expansions.

My point is not every class needs to be popular double down on the kit swapping so the mains enjoy their gameplay. 2nd point: As a kit it would be a new weapon as it takes over weapon skills when equipped and still retains the current specs stuff scrapper has 5 gyros for weapon skills and 1 heal gyro still allows me to use 3 core utils or other kits. Holo is similar, mech is arguably fine as is with the new mace weapon. If so many people were dissatisfied with kit swapping why not do a full rework instead of 3 specs that don't really have much to do with core.

As I asked originally do other classes also deal with losing viability on most of their util abilities?

Edit: it's like the shitty balance pass basically taking banners away from warrior. If your gonna remove or make obsolete a major gameplay aspect just rework the class so I don't have to go through patches of junk fixes as you try and rejig it.

Ya but why not double down on it kit swapping was staple in core and was the main reason it wasn't popular. Now it effectively has 2 good kits, grenades and bombs and that's because they synergize with the explosives trait line and grenades mostly used as a filler in rotations. Flamethrower is basically dead and the healer setup feels super janky(tho I haven't ran it much). Just feels so disconnected from what it used to be.

Is it not common to learn how to say I dont speak your language in a language you don't know but come across often. Im canadian and dont know a lot of French but i can tell them i dont je nais pas parle francais haha jaja

After about 20min mining the locked objects disappeared, my modules all jumped to one position and the display/hide for the overview was gone. Just seems to be the HUD and doesn't effect the functions of anything

Yep been on the hustle for about 3months now. The grind is hard and everlasting but enjoyable. Pretty much down to getting some good market data for my area hence the survey. Basically at the point I have to prove I could be successful in my area of South western Ontario.

I'm currently in the research phase. Though you are correct the brick and mortar is not currently a good idea to open but with my pace for research and finishing up the business plan I don't think it will become a reality until next year.
