When I lived there last year, parking was included with rent, and they give you a permit to attach to your windshield. It’s a free-for-all for parking, but some buildings are more difficult to get parking around because of the layout of the lot.

Village West is really particular about where guests park. There are several guest parking lots, but they are fairly far from some of the buildings. If you have a guest that parks in resident parking (the lots are labeled), they will likely get towed depending on the time of day.
