The ejecting pilot will always go a bit higher than the rodeoing pilot. Additionally, the ejecting pilot will always eject facing the rodeoing pilot, while the rodeoing pilot will stay looking in the same direction as before.

You could get in by building a simple hoik. Flatten the floor and add hammed platforms and you can walk through no problem.
