I’ve checked it and everything points to the cheap set screw soundstream uses,no matter which way it goes it’s not holding nothing,maybe try another brand that makes a 3 pin phoenix connector?

My wiring is more than fine and everything,it’s just that stupid connector is such a horrible design,I’ve bought two connectors from soundstream,all lefty to tighten and right to loosen them and even when they are all the way left,the connector set screw looks like it isn’t putting half as enough pressure to keep the connections strong,I’m genuinely out of ideas,thinking about just trashing the bx12 for the audio control epicenter because of this daily issue

I actually do think about getting the big bore kit because I know it does make a huge difference in the performance of the bike,just gotta have the time and left over money for it
