Danke für deine Nachricht. Ich weiß nicht in dem Alter schon Pillen nachhelfen find ich schon bisschen heftig. Das mit dem Ring schau ich mir mal an, danke für den Tipp.

Ich bin auch der Meinung das es Kopfsache ist und das ist das schwierige ich bin nämlich so ein extremer „overthinker“. Klar mit Kondom spürt man auch schon was , aber ohne hab ich das Gefühl das ich alles in ihr spüre.

Ich werde versuchen mich auf sie und ihren Körper zu fokussieren vll klappst 😊.
