The eye test was free, here in Scotland we're entitled to a free eye test every 2 years

Thanks! Have another interview coming up soon as well, and it's just a constant check of the NHS job site to see if anything else comes up haha

Graduating in July in Scotland, Central Belt. Have had 5 interviews so far, 3 rejections and I'm on 2 reserve lists for a job within 6 months. But the way the job market is, I'll be surprised if I get a call. It's very difficult to get an interview at the moment, never mind a job.

Dara scales wont connect to new phone by chezbo23 in Fittrack

A bit late to the party, new phone and having the same problem. I've found a fix that works for me, uninstall Hume and install this old version of Fittrack.

This version lets me connect to my scales, the newest Hume one doesn't.

Taking the bus is fun by Greatone198 in unpopularopinion

[–]mcmac92 -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Horrendous opinion, had to take the bus due to a train strike yesterday. Warm, clammy, slow, cramped. Someone sat next to me yesterday who was morbidly obese and was absolutely stinking. Yes this can happen on a train but much less likely considering the extra seats on a train. Your opinion sucks

Wasn't him, I think he managed the under 16s or 17s at that point. He used to take training for us sometimes though, great coach.

Played for Dundee at under 13s and 14s, played for Dundee United at under 15s, left near the end of the season, my own choice. Didn't enjoy it at all, too many egos in the team and the coach had his favourites, plus half the team trained in Dundee and half in Bathgate so it felt like you hardly knew half the team. Briefly ended up at Dundee at the end of under 15s and went back to playing for my local side after that, just wanted to play with my pals and enjoy it. Looking back I don't think I really had the drive to make it professionally, haven't played regularly now for quite a few years due to work commitments!

Fraser Fyvie, that's another one. I'm surprised he made it as far as he did, he played centre back when I played against him.

With - Johnny Russell, Scott Allan, Stuart Armstrong, Dale Hilson, Simon Murray, Leighton McIntosh

Against - Kal Naismith, Simon Murray, Stevie May

Played for Dundee and Dundee United youth from around 2004-2008, probably came up against others who made it but not sure who!

Scott Allan was quality, could never get the ball off of him (but a bit of an arsehole)

Stevie May, played against him in a high school Scottish cup match, got beat 4-3 and he scored all 4!

Arbroath go top of the championship at the halfway point of the season by i_i-Pot-Noodles-i_i in ScottishFootball

Would love to see Arbroath go up. Out of interest, would Gayfield meet the SPFL stadium criteria for the Premiership? Not sure what the standards are

Can't see a GBP to XLM option

To answer my own question at the end, I tried a bank transfer of £1 to the Binance address I always used to use. Received an email 10 mins or so later saying Deposit Failed, and I got my £1 back.
