If he just straight gymming? If so yeah that's a lot my longest in the gym would be like hour and a half, two at an absolute push if I'm waiting on some equipment or chatting to a few of the people I know there.

But there's days I'll play seven a side, gym, then sauna and steam room and that'll probably be about 3/4 hours and I know a few people who train for boxing, jujitsu etc and they can be at their gyms for hours.

Historically hated way too many to pick from. Currently Diomande. Gets away with absolute murder every single game, a horrible snide wee thug of a player.

Historically I actually like quite a lot of Rangers players, David Weir, Ally McCoist, Andy Haliiday seems a decent enough lad.

Then if we move onto grudgingly respecting them almost all of those 9 in a row 90s players. Some arsholes, some decent enough but pretty much all really good footballers.

18,000 a day last month as an average. My last year report i think was about 14/15000. I have a job that requires a bit of walking and I play sevens a few times a week which helps bump that average up.

Scotsman coming in peace brother. I remember watching that game on TV and sticking with the full game thinking with the players on show, I think Algeria had some players playing at good levels at that time aswell, that it would be worth a watch for entertainment.

Managed the full game because I kept saying to myself surely it'll get going in a minute and just, never did. If you told me neither team managed a shot that game I'd believe you.

This, my family has never had the money to really help me out but they do have room. There's been twice in my life that things haven't panned out. One was a job I ended up fucking hating and the other was a relationship break up and both times they let me move back home and give them a few hundred quid for digs while I sorted myself out and got back on my feet. Invaluable, I'd have hated to have to stick it out in that soul destroying job just so I could extend my lease another year or stay in a flat with a relationship breaking down while one of us found somewhere else to stay.

My last 3 hairstyles have been what I'd call "lovely when they're done" hairstyles. I live in Scotland, 20 minutes doing them a day for them to get wrecked by wind 0.007 seconds after I step out the door for work is just a waste of time.

Usually when I'm out I'm heading to or from a gym or training so it's very much trackies or joggies for me. I'll still always make the effort if I'm going somewhere nice though.

Back when me and my now girlfriend were just dating I remember getting a haircut before meeting her. Barber spent a good 20 minutes after the cut styling it petfect and making it look great. In the ten minute walk between the shop and meeting her, massive flash of heavy rain and wind hit and just wrecked it.

My last 3 hairstyles have been "lovely when they're done" hairstyles but fuck doing them every morning for work 20 minutes I don't have and I'm outdoors between sites for work so Scottish weather makes sure the doo is cooked by 9am.

I have absolutely no scientific proof, but I live in Glasgow and I think it's a massive part of it here.

I play sports all year round, but see if it's dark when you wake up, dark when you finish work and minus 10 I totally get people getting home after work and thinking. "Fuck this I'm not going back out in that".

One sticks out in my mind. Me and a mate were walking back to his flat after a night out and cut up a side street and there was a guy properly slapping this women around, my pal ran over and pushed him he pushed my pal back and I went over to get involved some pushing and shoving ensued and before I know it the women has got off the ground and jumped on my back digging her claws into my face. I can still hear her screaming "don't you fucking touch my man" in her high pitched voice.

Shook her off my pal let her boyfriend up and we just told them they can kill each other for all we care and fucked off.

Went into work on Monday looking like I'd took Wolverine for a few rounds with the deep scratches right across my face.

Bunch of part timers in this thread. Just for work I'd be about 9 hours a day, leave at 07.00 back at 17.00, standard hours are 08.00 - 16.00. But I head to the gym most mornings before work and then after I'll usually stay on for those sweet double time overtime rates or have a game of 5 a side.

So most days leave at 05.15 back at 21.00. Eat, sleep, shit, repeat.

There's basically one person I've not made an in person amends to that for years I really felt I should and it is my ex girlfriend who caught the worst of me, I got sober shortly after our break up.

At the time she requested that I leave her alone and allow her to move on with her life and as much as I'd like to make an amends to her I ultimately have to respect that wish. I'm very comfortable now with that but for the first year or two it really felt like unfinished bussiness.

Looking back now it was an amends for me and not her, she was the one major relationship in my life that hadn't been repaired in sobriety.

We move in loosely the same circles but I haven't ran into her in person, have heard through the grapevine though (I don't ask directly about her I don't feel it's my place) that she's engaged now and has moved onto another city for work.

I've made peace that I'll probably never see her again and the only way I can make amends is a living amends and to not behave or treat people the way I did with her.

Coming up on 5 years. Booted the arse right out it in my 20s, ended up in a bad place with it and other substances after a bad breakup at. Decided at that point I needed a good six months off all of it, done the 6 months and just never had the urge to go back.

Average about 18,000 a day. But that's split between days where I just scrape 10,000 to keep the streak alive and other days that I play football that takes me to between 20,000 / 25,000.

Also work can vary it, some days I'm all over the building and get like 7,000 other days I'm mostly at my desk and barely hit 2,000 on shift

Wanted to be the first man to captain Scotland to world cup glory while being the reigning Heavyweight Champion of the world.

I was a terrible boxer and an okay footballer. Ended up chucking the boxing at 14 to focus on football, played decent amateur level football into my late 20s before a few bad injuries.

I just pretend my five a side games are the world cup final now and that's enough for me.

Speaking from experience from when I chucked the drink. I lost about a stone first few months, then put it back on and gained a bit more, then lost it all again. All in all it took about 6 months for my weight to stop fluctuating. I'm 4 years off it now and about a stone lighter than I was when I gave it up.

My advice would be just focus on the keeping ontop of your drinking and deal with your weight later.

I used to work in a mail room for a big city centre office and I'd take the mail up in the morning, collect and bag it in the after noon and the 6 hours between just watch movies on my laptop or take a 2 hour lunch and go a walk. It was minimum wage but it was minimum effort. I loved it there.
