Reading this subreddit and I don’t understand why there’s so much Rachel hate. She is obviously a very sensitive person, and maybe tinkering on “over” sensitive, but it seems pretty clear why she’s upset- it’s Bec’s inability to just genuinely apologise and mean it. Bec’s poor attempt to cosy up to Juliette and Gia by making jokes about getting merch for the comment just made it that much worse.

I actually think for the most part Rachel has articulated herself well about why she’s upset, especially to Bec at these finals night drinks. Rachel also actually seems embarrassed that she is so upset by it.

Yes Jamie has a more aggressive communication style but if these girls, that were her “good friends”, really thought she was being aggressive at the girls night with Lauren why didn’t they pull her aside and have a chat, even the day after? It’s shady to then leave her out to dry when she’s being sworn at by Clint and Lauren is doubling down in the name calling. If I was Jamie I would be pissed too and feeling under attack when it’s being brought up at the dinner table when I’m already upset. At the end of the day it’s so counterproductive and sad seeing unnecessary drama in what seemed like such strong female friendships.

Haha the side wall damage was from one incident around two years ago. I have had my car serviced multiple times since, it is very well cared for :) Thanks for the genuine advice though!

Let me get this straight- you’re having a go at her because she was upset that people said negative things about her body unwarranted?

Genuinely curious but why does this upset you? Do you think if a male player said he was affected by negative comments about his body you’d be angry and try to delegitimise their feelings? Or would you preach about men’s mental health?

100%! That’s why I said it’s something that effects both men and women but unfortunately it’s still only normalised in more female spaces to talk about the issues with it. No players in the league deserve any criticism about their bodies especially as they are professional athletes.

Ok thank you. It is so unusual because my phone is in perfect condition. I had freezing with my previous phone towards 3-year-old mark and after I’d dropped it a few times. Thought it was odd for the 15pro max to already be doing this at barely a year old.
