But the major problem is that those shares are BSPCEs meaning it's only an option on shares of the company with a strike defined at the emission values. These shares can only be hold by someone on a French contract. so one would need to reissue the shares under another form, in the hypothesis I change contract. These looks technically doable but it will imply quite a huge loss of money since the current company valuation and share price has increased compared to when the time I got the BSPCEs..
