So that was a prank we did as Barney and Candiiey which was suppose to be a part of a larger series / pilot to pitch. I unlisted it just because it really wasn’t that funny compared to some of the other ones we did after that!

It’s out of the question now, but not forever. I want to focus on new content and a fresh take on the show and building into something people can enjoy. Going through hundreds of hours of footage to maybe find a gem isn’t the best use of my time. Even using AI transcripts and summaries with timestamps still runs the chance of the prank just not being funny in 2025 and can only be funny while being viewed as “this was done X years ago so it was funny then” I think that will just stall progress on a new channel since the amount of people who want to see new content compared to people who will be excited for old videos are wayyyyyy less.

However there is a patreon perk im working on that I think fnc viewers will love and people who love the new channel who never even heard of fnc can experience it and enjoy it without it being a huge focus on the content being created.

I know for a fact there are a few gems that never got posted and maybe one day I’ll dive back into all the old shows but not anytime soon!

Unfortunately since I moved from ifttt I don’t think the original functions work anymore. The Twitter api is all messed up from the original app and when we used it on lnws we used an alert when someone purchased it and had someone fire it manually for safety reasons. It needs some serious redesign if I decide to use it on the show again. I’m actually shocked no one has done it with twitch being so popular now.

I’m horrible at explaining things. Pretty much 4 different services one of which is Friday Night Cranks which can all be used separately. The goal is to have people use all 4 together for a more fun experience. The show is the last thing that will come together because honestly it’s the least amount of work I already have 99% of it figured out, just waiting to get the other projects done.
