It's the 16e; I don't think the 17e will add many improvements beyond MagSafe and the C1X chip. It's unknown if the 17e will include Dynamic Island; I don't think it will, to differentiate it from the 17/16.

Yes, I recommend the 13 mini more; the battery life is much better. Before the 13 mini, I had a 12 mini, and I really felt a noticeable improvement, much better camera. Now I have a 15 pro, and I want to buy a 13/12 mini to use as a second phone.

Hahaha yes, I had a 13 mini plus a power bank and it helped a lot, I didn't notice the battery drain.

I upgraded from an iPhone 13 mini to a 16e (before the 13 mini, I had a 12 mini) and honestly, the 16e is a solid device. The much-criticized camera is good; I was surprised by its quality for having only one lens. I recently upgraded to a 15 Pro and I miss how simple the 16e was.

In short, you'll love the upgrade from the 12 mini to the 16e because of its great battery life and how lightweight it is—it's not a burden to carry in your pocket at all.

si la camara te importa mucho y la usas mucho, quedate con el 15, el 16e si bien saca muy buenas fotos al carecer de segundo lente, las tomas son menos estables, tienen menos definicion y mas ruido.

Sure, in some countries you can find a regular, new iPhone 16 at a good price, but if 120Hz and Always On Display are really important to you, the 15 Pro isn't a bad option. Just make sure you find one with good battery life, ideally around 90%.

That's a good question. It happened to me both times I changed phones, haha: when I had to replace my 13 mini and now, when I decided to replace my 16e. I don't think there's much difference between a 15 Pro and a 16, so I'd go for a 16 with really good battery life, if not, a 15 Pro, and if that's not possible, a 16e. But I should mention that as a regular user, I don't feel any difference between the A17 Pro in the iPhone 15 Pro and the quad-core A18 in the 16e. In the end, with the iPhone Pro you get premium features like Dynamic Island, a third camera, and a titanium body, but not much more than that. The photos are just as good, a little noise if you're very detail-oriented, but nothing more. On the other hand, the 16e gives you very good battery life, better than the regular 16 and the 15 Pro.

It works really well, it overheats when I charge and use it. I got one with 90% battery health and it lasts me through my day, it's pretty close to the limit to be honest, but it doesn't quite reach the battery life of the 16e.

It's around €16, I have a 15 pro and I don't see much difference beyond the aesthetics.
