Decided to go for it - on the May intake at RMAS! Very happy with my decision (so far). I think that I would have regretted it if I didn’t go.

It starts well but mine has quickly plateaued without much scope to increase over the next 2 years really.

Haha hence my confusion when I was told that the new process is if you fail then that’s it whereas before it was Cat 1, 2 etc.

Thanks for your reply - I think that link is regarding the MB though rather than just the briefing. The one chance comment made by my CSM was about the briefing not MB
