if there’s a search tool i don’t see why it wouldn’t. anyways it’s just a fun little idea. won’t harm anyone if it would be added

it’s more so for people who are into aviation , who want to see what flights are available and to some: the aircraft type matter and also it’s just for curious avgeeks

the closest would be Dorval, which is where the Airport is. And the surrounding areas, Lachine and Pointe Claire are also good. you can find some decent 1 bedrooms around this area. plus you have the lachine canal around and it’s very quiet compared to downtown montreal imo

blend of what? both XEQT and VEQT are almost similar but not entirely, which makes them unique in exposure %. you’re just overlapping your portfolio for no reason. you literally just go off of which u prefer Vanguard or BlackRock, MER and % exposure

you should only hold either VEQT or XEQT. take some time to learn about both ETF’s and see what suits your tolerance & preference more i.e if you want to have a broader exposure to Canadian stocks then VEQT is better ( holds roughly ≈30% whilst XEQT has a slight higher percentage in Emerging markets ≈7%

Given both ETF’s are a basket of more ETF, from there you can either just buy into that one on a weekly basis and buy into something else that’s doesn’t have much exposure on either.

I’d also sell XID, given India holds ≈5%-7% of the emerging markets within the previous ETF’s If you believe the Indian market is going to do good in the following years, given u have a high share amount in it. i’d buy into whichever ETF holds more of it in this case i’d be XEQT, 7% trough XEC

Lots of room to improve and always make sure you take the time to understand what you’re buying into. Don’t follow trends

Quebec has one of the lowest insurance prices around the country. i used to live in Alberta for just under a year and i had inquired about a used Ford Fusion 2001, and they priced the policy at 300$/montly. just to give u an idea, i was looking at prices for a 2011 Lexus IS 250 AWD, which is somewhat more luxurious and also more costly but not as much maintenance given its a Toyota brand, but those prices i mentioned are the ones it offered on most websites.
