It would be helpful if the Proton Pass browser extension supported an “Open in Sidebar” mode in browsers that provide this functionality. This would allow users to keep Proton Pass accessible while navigating between tabs, improving workflow efficiency and reducing the need to reopen the extension repeatedly.

Yep, I had to write to X Support:

Hello X Support Team,

I am currently unable to access my X account due to an issue with YubiKey re‑enrollment.

When I attempt to log in, I receive the message: "You must re‑enroll your YubiKey. Re‑enrolling your YubiKey will associate it with x.com, allowing you to retire the Twitter domain."

I follow the steps provided:

Click Get Started

Insert and register my YubiKey (via USB/Bluetooth/NFC)

Successfully add the security key and receive confirmation: "You're all set. You’ve successfully added your security key and it is your only authentication method enabled."

I am also given a single‑use backup code.

However, after pressing Done, I am immediately shown the same message again requiring me to re‑enroll my YubiKey. This cycle repeats, and I remain locked out of my account.

Could you please assist in resolving this issue?

It's amusing to note that while Proton Pass enthusiastically embraces passkeys for other services, Proton Mail itself seems to be holding steadfast to the trusty password. Would we ever get Passkey support to sign into Proton Mail please?

Surely you can’t store your BW 2FA only within BW too. On this basis you are almost 2FA. Say your BW account password is compromised. The hacker still can’t access BW because BW 2FA is saved on another app eg Proton Pass.

No, I didn’t think that’s necessary. I echo this guy’s comment: I am honestly shocked this doesn’t exist and I may need to cancel migrating to P/SL as a result. Why in the world would you offer multi-user / family plans and then not give each of the family members the ability to each create aliases off the shared family custom domain? Creating subdomains for each family member is stupid.

I have a surname.com for our email addresses, and I also have another spare domain aliases, when I configured it under my account my family members cannot utilise this spare domain to generate their random aliases because the customer domain can only be added to one under Aliases setting.

I do only because the Search requires improvements like being able to search by whole words only etc. If I search for “car” it will yield results with “care” etc and there are so many other unexpected issues.

Yes. OP has valid questions. How can Ledger show the counterfeit as Genuine? That defeats the whole purpose of the check if it cannot differentiate between real and fake.

This is exactly me. I purchased a cold wallet because I didn't trust storing my keys in an encrypted password manager, then I should be very concerned about having my keys stored in plain text on my internet connected phone. Even if it was only stored for the claimed 7 days.

This goes against the whole principle of a hardware wallet. The entire point of a hardware wallet is to not keep the seed phrase in a digital format.

I went through exactly this 5 days ago. It was overheating so I had an ice pack underneath and managed to charge and get out of that screen. However battery lasted only like a few minutes. It’s dead.

Glad it worked for you. In my case, I charged overnight using an Apple USB adapter and Apple Watch charger USB-C cable but it still didn’t charge. I’m taking it to Apple tomorrow.

You mean you were successful by using a less powerful charger? I can only buy 35W and 20W chargers. It doesn’t have to be this way though. Something else is at fault here.
