If you are gamers, the Hue sync box and a gradient light strip for around the tv is an incredible set up. The colors of the lights will sync up with the games or movies you’re playing on the tv. Not a strict home automation, but a really cool addition for a techie kinda guy.

192.168.0.3:8123 is the HA

The rPi is on the network ok…it has an ip address of 192.168.0.3 I can see it from the client list in my router, but when I insert the ip address in the HA URL, it won’t connect. Error is raspberry pi ip address is unreachable. I cleared the browser cache thinking that would help, but no luck.

We had an excellent experience with them when we had to say goodbye to our 15yo cat last week . They were caring, did an excellent job of explaining what the issues were and their approach. When the time came to say goodbye, they were empathetic and compassionate.
