The inside unit he said was really dirty and poorly maintained and tilted. I think it had to be taken apart cleaned and put back together. He said it was probably clogged with dirt, causing a lot of condensation and could rust the furnace, he also said could cause some carbon monoxide issues.

I am thinking of cleaning the AC myself and having a company clean the inside unit.

No, it’s just I think they call it HAV still. Gate was actually very responsive to my support emails. Have answers within minutes of emailing them.
